AMF Design Buildings Construction Office was founded in 1999. In the early years of our activity, we did many projects of steel structures for power industry and mines. We have experience in designing of flue gas desulphurisation installations, bridges and conveyor galleries, tanks and bunkers and all types of supporting structures.
With the development of the company, we have started to do reinforced concrete construction projects, including prefabricated structures, as well as construction projects for residential and service buildings.
Our activities are not limited to the domestic market, we also cooperate with foreign partners, creating documentation for objects located in different parts of the world. We are able to prepare documentation in English or German based on foreign standards.
For several years we have specialized in designing logistic and production centers. We start in really early phase like choosing the rightr plot for the future investment and we conduct the proces until getting occupancy permit for the building . Our strength is: experience, great team, quick decision making, timely and high mobility.
We also work with General Contractors – our projects must meet stringent requirements of minimizing investment costs. The specifics of building warehouses and logistics centers often require immediate response to changes made by an investor at the stage of realization of the investment.
